Another invention! L and I liked it. Kids didn’t try it.

Pork Chops
Gluten free flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Mushrooms
Onion
Chicken broth
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce

Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge pork chops. Heat oil in skillet and cook pork chops. Remove from pan and keep warm. I sauteed mushrooms and onions in another pan at the same time. When pork chops are removed from pan, add chicken broth and scrape up all of the browned bits. Add worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and mushroom mixture. Simmer for a few and then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
