Day 2. Still not sure I’m excited about this but it seemed like the right time to do it.

So far, I’ve had
Baked sweet potato with avocado and herbamare
Ground beef and onions with cabbage (had black pepper in it which isn’t good)
Bacon

Now I’ve made chicken in the oven (one batch with herbamare and one with salt, garlic salt, dried basil, and dried oregano), roasted broccoli, mushrooms, onions, golden beets, kale, and turkey sausage. I used this recipe but didn’t really measure spices so I know I used more and used ground turkey instead of pork. whatgreatgrandmaate.com/aip-breakfast-pork-sausage/ I’m going to be excited about that in the morning!

I also bought myself some tea. Back to green and herbal teas and no coffee.
