I was so happy with these!  The rest of the fam wasn’t as amazed but that’s fine.  They can eat the regular ones any old time.  If Mom’s happy, everyone’s happy!  I didn’t have the right flours (since I can’t go to the store) but I did have chickpea flour (which is the one I wouldn’t have expected).  I used a combo of potato starch, arrowroot, and rice flour.  Just dumping to get about a playdoh texture. It turned out amazing.
