I thought I made the same dishes regularly but apparently my family doesn’t agree.  A dinner rotation would be nice.  I’ll have to put that together.  For tonight, I’m just posting these recipes.

Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken and Broccoli.  We had this for dinner tonight.  Liked it well enough to make again but not a favorite.

Tweaks:  used a bag of frozen broccoli instead of green beans.  Did not precook, just added when the beans were supposed to be added and cooked it a bit longer.  Used 2 cups of water and 2 bouillon cubes instead of broth.  Also added extra lemon. And used skinless bone-in thighs.

Ginger Peach Chicken.  I called it “Icky Chicken” because I still can’t get used to fruit and meat.  We didn’t eat the fruit and onions but the kids liked the meat in a tortilla with cheese.

Slow Cooker Lemon Pulled Chicken.  Loved it.  Took to Patti’s for dinner.  Served with rice cooked in chicken broth, peas, carrots, and extra dressing.  Definitely make again.

Tuscan Chicken.  Made this for mom and dad the other night: https://easyfamilyrecipes.com/tuscan-garlic-chicken/.  It was such a hit that I gave mom the printed recipe to make in Mexico!
