I impressed myself with this one! Totally created spur of the moment and it was good. L and I liked it but the kids didn’t get to try it.
Slice Steak into thin strips. Brown in oil over med high heat. Remove from pan. Add more oil if needed and saute onions and peppers until slightly tender. Add broth, wine, tomato paste, and spices and be sure to stir well to get all the yummy brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Return meat to pan and simmer. Can thicken with a cornstarch slurry if it isn’t thick enough.
